Only when a person introduced by us starts working for you. There is no start fee or retainer; the search is 100% success-based.
How much is the fee?
The fee is 24% of the agreed calculation basis and is paid in twelve monthly instalments from the employee’s start date.
What happens if the employee leaves?
If employment ends early, the remaining payments follow the engagement agreement and applicable terms. For the standard instalment model, the terms provide for payments to end at the end of the departure month; shorter fixed-term contracts have separate rules.
How quickly can we expect initial profiles?
It depends on the role, location and market. After the briefing, we start research and direct outreach, then agree with you when initial suitable profiles are realistic.
