Frequently asked questions about our coaching services

Do I have to be "sick" for coaching?
Absolutely not! Coaching is aimed at healthy individuals who want to grow in a professional context. It is professional training for the mind, not therapy.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the individual. Often, just 3–5 sessions of 90 minutes each are enough to resolve an issue. Some processes may take 6–12 months.
Do the sessions take place online or offline?
Both options are available. We’re happy to provide in-person coaching at our office or at your location, but we’re also very effective via video call.
Is this confidential?
100%. Everything discussed during coaching stays in the room. Even if your employer is paying for the coaching, no details will be shared without your consent.
