Do I have to be "sick" for coaching?
Absolutely not! Coaching is aimed at healthy individuals who want to grow in a professional context. It is professional training for the mind, not therapy.
How long does a process take?
This is individual. Often, just 3-5 sessions of 90 minutes each are enough to resolve a knot. Accompanying processes can also run over 6-12 months.
Does it take place online or offline?
Both are possible. We are happy to coach personally in our rooms or on-site with you, but also very effectively via video call.
Is this confidential?
100%. Everything discussed in the coaching remains in the room. Even if your employer pays for the coaching, there is no content reporting without your consent.
