Our Story
Founded in Copenhagen
Michel founded Transport Talent with his business partner at the time, with the vision of reimagining recruitment consulting in the logistics industry—making it more digital, faster, and more personalized.
First German office
With the opening of our office in Hamburg, we started expanding beyond Denmark’s borders for the first time and laid the foundation for our international network.
IT services expand the portfolio
We launched our first digitalisation project in the further education sector.
Relocation of headquarters and additional offices
Following the exit of Michel's partner, Transport Talent relocated from Copenhagen to Hamburg. Shortly before that, we had opened our offices in Aarhus and Libertyville (near Chicago).
Relaunch as an HR and IT Consultancy
Transport Talent is establishing itself as a leading consultancy specializing in logistics staffing and digitalization in Northern Europe.
