How it all began
Our story
The company's origins date back to 2015, when Michel Rothgaenger and his business partner at the time, Ulrich Nissen, embarked on a shared passion project. Both came from the transportation and logistics industry and had experienced firsthand how challenging it could be to find the right talent. They quickly realized that effective HR is not a byproduct, but rather the key to sustainable success.
This conviction led to the founding of a recruiting agency that operates differently: personal, close and with a real understanding of the industry. Our goal is not just to place people, but to bring them together with the perfect fit — for the long term and with purpose.
What began as an idea has grown into a company with a diverse team and a clear focus: helping talented individuals in the transportation and logistics industries in Germany, Denmark and beyond find the right job at the right time in the right place.
