Our Story

Transport Talent came to life in 2015, as a passion project of Michel Rothgaenger and Ulrich Nissen. Both have gained work experience in the transport and logistics sector, with HR quickly becoming their core area of interest and expertise.

Seeing and experiencing the difficulty of finding qualified candidates and making the right hiring decisions, the idea of an innovative recruiting and talent acquisition agency took shape. Transport Talent was formed with the mission of creating long-lasting job matches between talented professionals and exciting employers in transport and logistics.

Since its inception Transport Talent grew and expanded, with Michel Rothgaenger becoming the sole Managing Director for Germany and CEO of Transport Talent.

With its success in the German market, Transport Talent also established itself in the United States of America and Denmark. A presence in Singapore is currently being established. Thanks to the increased geographical reach and the growing team, we look forward to reaching more and more professionals and accompanying them on their career path in the transport and logistics industry.
