Distributing viruses or other technologies that may harm Transport Talent, the Website, or the interests or property of Transport Talent users (including their intellectual property rights, privacy and publicity rights) or that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous, harassing, or likely to incite hatred of any person
Modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software programs used by us in connection with our website; Collecting information about users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent or otherwise
The Employer undertakes to notify Transport Talent immediately when a job offer has been accepted by an applicant and the date of entry has been confirmed, so that Transport Talent can calculate the placement fee in accordance with the conditions specified. The employer undertakes to confirm the suitability of a candidate for the purposes of the vacancy. The employer is recognized to verify the truthfulness of a candidate's application and it is the employer's responsibility to check references, perform additional checks such as criminal record checks, validation of the candidate's qualifications and ensure that the candidate is able to meet the requirements of the vacancy.
