  • Take part in our online assessments

    In order to get to know yourself and your personality, we will ask you to take a cognitive and a personality-based test. We will also have a short conversation with you in English. Since we are an international team, it is important that your knowledge of English and German is sufficient.

  • Personal interview

    Next in the process is the personal interview. We will invite you to come have a conversation with us in our Hamburg office.

  • Evaluation and hire

    If we come to the conclusion that you could be a good fit for our team and you are still interested, nothing stands in the way of joining our team ︎☺︎

The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (30 months) and can generally be started at the beginning of August or beginning of February. We also give you the opportunity to complete the training part-time if it is not possible for you to complete full-time training, e.g. due to childcare.

The apprenticeship as an office management assistant prepares you for a versatile role in corporate administration. You will take on tasks such as scheduling, customer communication, meeting organization and document creation. You will also learn how to organize your office, how to process invoices and how to use office software. Office management clerks are the first point of contact at the reception desk and on the phone. During your training, you will also learn a wide range of tasks in the areas of recruiting and marketing.

E-commerce merchants play a crucial role in the digital business world. During your training in this field, you will be prepared for various tasks. You will learn how to present and market products online. This includes creating product descriptions, managing online stores, and designing marketing campaigns. Customer communication in e-commerce is of great importance. You will be trained in answering customer inquiries and learn how to evaluate data in order to make business decisions and optimize the online offering. Although we do not operate an online shop ourselves, a large part of our work takes place online, so that we will prepare you for your career as an e-commerce clerk in cooperation with the vocational school.

In cooperation with the OPU Secretariat in Denmark, we offer internships in Hamburg for Danish business school graduates. The paid internship lasts one year and always starts at the beginning of August. Further information about the internship can be found here.
