All of our processes are designed for efficiency and sustainability, and we continuously optimize them. You won't find a fax machine here.

Get to know us
If our tests show that you are a good match for our team, we will invite you to an in-person interview at our office. We will take the time to get to know each other and answer your questions. If it's a match, you'll have your employment contract in hand in no time!

Apprenticeship: Management Assistant for Personnel Service
In the role of a personnel services clerk, you act as a contact person for companies that are specifically looking for skilled workers. After a careful analysis of the relevant position, you will define the required qualifications for potential applicants. These specifications can either be provided directly by our customers or determined by your own assessment. You then formulate the job advertisement and publish it, for example, on various online job portals, in print media or on social platforms. In addition, you will actively approach qualified candidates who match the required profile. In doing so, you will draw on career networks and similar resources.
The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (30 months) and can generally be started at the beginning of August or beginning of February. We also give you the opportunity to complete the training part-time if it is not possible for you to complete full-time training, e.g. due to childcare.

The apprenticeship as an office management assistant prepares you for a versatile role in corporate administration. You will take on tasks such as scheduling, customer communication, meeting organization and document creation. You will also learn how to organize your office, how to process invoices and how to use office software. Office management clerks are the first point of contact at the reception desk and on the phone. During your training, you will also learn a wide range of tasks in the areas of recruiting and marketing.

E-commerce managers play a crucial role in the digital business world. During your training in this field, you will be prepared for various tasks. You will learn how to present and market products online. This includes creating product descriptions, managing online stores, and designing marketing campaigns. Customer communication in e-commerce is of great importance. You will be trained in answering customer inquiries and learn how to evaluate data in order to make business decisions and optimize the online offering. Although we do not operate an online shop ourselves, a large part of our work takes place online, so that we will prepare you for your career as an e-commerce clerk in cooperation with the vocational school.

Internship abroad for Danish business school graduates
In cooperation with the OPU Secretariat in Denmark, we offer internships in Hamburg for Danish business school graduates. The paid internship lasts one year and always starts at the beginning of August. Further information about the internship can be found here.
