You only pay a fee if you decide to hire one of our talents. Our invoices are issued in 12 monthly installments. If the contract ends during this period for any reason, we will stop issuing invoices.

Get in touch

Once you have contacted us, e.g. via our form, we will arrange an initial meeting with you. You can choose whether this takes place by phone, online meeting, or in person. During the meeting, we will take the time to understand your corporate culture, working methods, ideas, and priorities for your team. We will also introduce ourselves and our terms and conditions and answer any questions you may have.

Discuss requirements

Each vacancy has its own specific requirements and conditions. Once we have discussed these, we will start looking for the right talent. We use a variety of methods and present you to our candidates as an attractive and innovative company.

Meet your talent

If, after intensive interviews and assessments, we have found a talent that matches your open position, we will first present the profile to you. You decide whether you would like to get to know our candidate. If so, we will organize the first meeting and remain the point of contact for both sides throughout the process.

04.

Is it a match? If so, we will be happy to support you in the hiring process! If not, we'll reevaluate your criteria and continue the search.
