How does the rating model work concretely?
Our fee is 24% of the annual gross salary. We divide this amount into 12 convenient monthly installments. Payment only starts with the employee's start date – this significantly eases your liquidity compared to usual one-time payments.
What happens when the employee leaves again?
This is our risk protection: If the placed person leaves the company within the first 12 months (for any reason), your installments will stop immediately. So you only pay as long as the employee is there.
Are there costs before hiring?
No. We work without retainers or upfront fees. Our work is 100% success-based. If we don’t find anyone or you decide against our candidates, it costs you nothing.
