How exactly does the installment plan work?
Our fee is 24% of the employee’s annual gross salary. We divide this amount into 12 convenient monthly installments. Payments don’t begin until the employee starts work—which significantly eases the strain on your cash flow compared to standard one-time payments.
What happens when the employee leaves?
Here’s how we protect you: If the candidate leaves the company within the first 12 months (for any reason), your payments stop immediately. So you only pay as long as the employee is on the job.
Are there any costs before hiring?
No. We don’t charge any retainer fees or upfront fees. Our services are 100% performance-based. If we don’t find anyone or if you decide not to hire our candidates, it won’t cost you a thing.
