Import Sea Freight Clerk (m/f/d)

As a Sea Freight Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth handling of import and export operations. You’ll serve as the link between international partners, customs authorities, and your team. Your responsibilities include the operational management of ocean freight logistics (imports), communicating with carriers, suppliers, and customers worldwide, handling customs clearance via ATLAS, coordinating day-to-day operations, and handling correspondence in German and English. You’ll also play an active role in shaping our certified processes.

You have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or hold a comparable qualification. Initial experience in ocean freight, transport planning, and logistics is a plus. You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English and are proficient in using MS Office. Knowledge of ATLAS is a plus, and knowledge of Cargo-Soft is ideal but not required. You are highly flexible, a team player, and loyal.
