On behalf of our client, Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG, a leading global logistics company, we are seeking a dedicated individual for the Ocean Freight Customer Service department. The company offers innovative logistics solutions and is known for its excellent services and global presence.
Your Tasks
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and advising our customers in the area of ocean freight. You will coordinate ocean freight shipments, process customer inquiries and orders, and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You will also work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
You have completed a business apprenticeship, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services, and have some initial professional experience in customer service or logistics. You have strong communication skills, are service-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team. Good English skills and proficiency with MS Office round out your profile.
