We are seeking a dedicated freight forwarding all-rounder (m/f/d) for our client, isa – independent shipping agencies GmbH. The company is a leading provider of independent shipping agency services in Germany and offers comprehensive logistics and freight forwarding services.
Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing shipping orders. You’ll handle communication with customers and partners, prepare shipping documents, and manage customs clearance. You’ll also help optimize logistics processes and work closely with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services or hold a comparable qualification. Initial professional experience in the freight forwarding industry is a plus. You have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a team, and possess excellent organizational skills. Good English skills and proficiency with MS Office round out your profile.
