YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You advise our customers fully on logistical issues in the area of sea freight import and meet the requirements with a high quality standard.
- You will provide comprehensive support for customer orders, starting with implementation, through management of operational execution, to ensuring customer satisfaction after successful order completion.
- You work closely with sales and operational departments to achieve common goals.
- You are a competent contact person for the customer in difficult situations and handle possible complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- You are responsible for the integration and maintenance of customer data and regularly create reports to analyze and optimize our services.
YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training with relevant professional experience in freight forwarding.
- First professional experience in a comparable position in the international logistics industry, ideally in the area of sea freight import.
- Strong communication skills and service orientation.
- Confident, obliging and serious appearance.
- Experienced handling of numbers as well as software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Independent and proactive way of working.
- Distinct ability to work in a team and flexibility.
- Intercultural competence as well as good German and English skills.
