We are currently seeking an IT Service Manager for a position in Hamburg, Germany. You can read more about the position below.
Your tasks:
- Active support and care of our national and international new and existing customers as well as monitoring and implementation of contractual services
- 1st level support for customer enquiries and case-closing customer care
- Qualified handover of customer enquiries to 2nd/3rd level support
- Ensure quality in customer service through customer analysis and development of process improvements
- Maintenance of the Knowledgebase Management System
- Licence management
Your profile:
- Relevant professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of SAP security (SAP Basis, SAP authorisations) is an advantage
- Very good skills in analysing complex IT processes
- Independent, service- and customer-oriented way of working as well as high quality awareness
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner towards customers as well as a high level of commitment, flexibility and enjoy working in a team
- Fluent German and good English skills
