IT Service Manager

We are currently seeking an IT Service Manager for a position in Hamburg, Germany. You can read more about the position below.

Your tasks:

• Active support and care of our national and international new and existing customers as well as monitoring and implementation of contractual services
• 1st level support for customer enquiries and case-closing customer care
• Qualified handover of customer enquiries to 2nd/3rd level support
• Ensure quality in customer service through customer analysis and development of process improvements
• Maintenance of the Knowledgebase Management System
• Licence management

Your profile:

• Relevant professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of SAP security (SAP Basis, SAP authorisations) is an advantage
• Very good skills in analysing complex IT processes
• Independent, service- and customer-oriented way of working as well as high quality awareness
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner towards customers as well as a high level of commitment, flexibility and enjoy working in a team
• Fluent German and good English skills
