Which organisations is Lernraum designed for?
Lernraum is designed for companies, academies, associations, and education providers that want to train internal or external target groups in a structured way. The platform supports individual onboarding programmes as well as extensive learning programmes spanning multiple tenants.
Can several organisations use the same system?
Yes. Lernraum is multi-tenant. Data, accounts, roles, and learning programmes are managed separately for each organisation, while platform administrators retain a central overview.
What happens when the same person learns with several organisations?
A separate account exists for each organisation. Lernraum can bring together the programmes associated with the same normalised email address in one personal interface without compromising tenant separation. A single secure magic link is enough to get started.
Do participants need to manage a password?
No. By default, participants sign in using a time-limited magic link sent by email. They can also register a passkey on their device for particularly convenient access.
Which types of learning content are supported?
Courses are built from modules and individual content items. Text, videos, downloads, and other formats can be combined, sorted, moved between modules, and published on a schedule.
Can participants ask questions?
Yes. Questions are asked directly within the relevant content. They can be visible publicly to the learning group or privately to tutors only. A central inbox brings together all open enquiries.
How are participants added?
Administrators nominate people by email. If no matching account exists within the tenant, it is prepared automatically. Optional self-enrolment via a public course link can also be enabled.
Is Lernraum suitable for mobile devices?
Yes. The interface is responsive and optimised for desktop, tablet, and smartphone. Learners can continue their courses on the go without installing a separate app.
Can existing content and user data be migrated?
Yes. We clarify the scope and format of the migration as part of the project. Depending on the source system, course structures, media, and participant data can be imported automatically or migrated editorially.
Where is Lernraum hosted?
Operations can be designed to match the organisation’s requirements. The application is containerised and can run in a controlled hosting environment with a database, cache, queue, and encrypted communication.
Can the interface be adapted to our branding?
Yes. Colours, imagery, copy, and other brand elements can be adapted to the organisation. Individual processes and integrations can also be added on a project basis.
Do you provide support with concept and implementation?
Yes. We support you from the educational and technical concept through setup and migration to go-live and continuous development.
