Get in touch

If you already work with us in the area of recruitment, simply get in touch with your contact person and we will answer any questions you may have about the employer branding program. If we do not yet work together, simply contact us via our form or directly by email or phone.

Initial consultation

If you decide to take advantage of the employer branding program, we will discuss your ideas and expectations with you and our colleagues at Blaupause in an initial meeting.

Joint workshop

The starting point for developing your individual employer branding strategy is a comprehensive workshop. This workshop involves several people from your company, branding experts from Blaupause, and your consultants at Transport Talent. The workshop can take place in person or online.

04.

Develop and implement strategy

After the workshop, Blaupause will provide you with a branding guide with recommendations for action. If desired, further measures will be planned in which Blaupause can provide support, such as a video production or the redesign of your recruiting website.
