On behalf of our client, SKM Logistics & Trade GmbH, a leading company in the logistics and trade sector, we are seeking a dedicated administrative assistant for the air freight export division. SKM Logistics & Trade GmbH is known for its reliable and innovative logistics solutions and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Your Tasks
You are responsible for processing and coordinating export air freight shipments. This includes preparing shipping documents, communicating with customers and partners, and monitoring delivery dates. You will handle customs clearance and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You will also help optimize internal processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
You have completed a business apprenticeship, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services. Initial professional experience in the field of air freight exports is a plus. You have a good command of English and are proficient in using MS Office. You are known for your structured approach to work, ability to work well in a team, and strong communication skills.
