Yes, TiK flexibly represents complex layer models and individual target times (full/part-time). You can define weekly plans or rotating shifts.
Can we approve vacation requests?
Yes, there is a digital workflow. Employees apply for vacation via app/web, supervisors are notified and can approve or deny with a click.
How are holidays calculated?
The system automatically takes into account all public holidays. You simply select your federal state, and the target hours are automatically adjusted on holidays (no deduction).
What hardware is needed?
No special hardware. TiK runs as a SaaS solution in the cloud. Simply use existing PCs, laptops, tablets, or smartphones of your employees.
Are my data secure (GDPR)?
Absolutely. We exclusively host in ISO-27001 certified data centers in Germany. Regular backups and encrypted transmission are standard.
Is there a notice period?
No, TiK can be canceled monthly. We believe in our product and retain customers through quality, not through binding contracts.
How does the DATEV export work?
At the end of the month, you generate a CSV file that exactly matches the DATEV payroll import format. This file can be imported directly by your tax advisor.
What happens in case of internet failure?
The mobile app also saves bookings offline and transfers them automatically as soon as an internet connection is available again.
Can I capture projects?
Yes, optionally, employees can not only log their time as "Present" but also allocate it to specific clients or projects. Ideal for agencies.
How quickly is the system ready for deployment?
Typically within a few minutes. After registration, you can add employees and start immediately. For larger teams, we assist with data import.
