Your goal is to maintain, ensure and continuously develop the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive software development processes in a consulting role within application development. This means in detail:
- Advising software developers on secure software development, for example, regarding the avoidance of possible attack scenarios, their detection and corresponding defense measures
- Analysis, creation and evaluation of software architectures and software codes with regard to appropriate IT security
- Execution of internal penetration tests
- Creation of concepts for securing individual software against threats
- Support for the integration of security tools into the buildchain, as well as evaluation of the results
- Continuous improvement of IT security standards based on the optimization of current processes and the technologies used
- Research and categorization of threats, vulnerabilities and security-relevant issues as well as derivation of appropriate preventive and reactive measures
Your profile
- Profound knowledge in software development
- Good knowledge in the design of secure software architectures
- Great interest in all topics related to IT security
- Experience with penetration tests
- Enjoy passing on knowledge to colleagues
- Desire to interact with other areas such as IT operations, IT strategy and information security management
