We are currently seeking an Order Picking Coordinator for a position in Neu Wulmstorf, Germany. You can read more about the position below.
Your tasks
- Leadership of groups in the packing area
- Coordinating the deployment of staff in the area of responsibility and adjusting staffing levels to achieve the highest possible level of efficiency
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day operations and day-specific tasks
- Perm. Monitoring of VAS and E-Com workstations, regular communication with area supervisors.
- Staff planning
- Overview of the order situation in the area of responsibility
- Monitoring of quality in the area of responsibility based on key figures and error analyses
- Daily information of assigned employees on topics such as safety, quality, performance and personnel
- 1st level support for troubleshooting and support of colleagues in the area of responsibility
- Collaboration in operational areas if necessary (consultation with SL)
- Participation in smaller improvement projects
Your Profile
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
- Very good knowledge of German
- A good physical constitution
- You do your work with care and a sense of responsibility
- You can speak in front of colleagues and communicate content
- Key figures are nothing new for you
- Experience with warehouse processes and first management tasks
- Basic computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Excel) also desirable
- You can organize well, are flexible and like to show initiative
- Working in a team is a matter of course for you
