Tasks

• Independent forwarding handling of orders by air freight
• Organisation of pre-, main- and on-carriage
• Completion of customs formalities
• Correspondence with airlines, customers and overseas partners in German and English
• Documentation and accounting
• Shipment tracking and notification
• Complaint and damage handling
• General customer service

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the field of forwarding and logistics services
• Ideally experience in the field of air freight export and import
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Fun & passion at work
• Cooperative team player
