To process the customs clearance & co-ordinate with local trucking for pick up/delivery from/to customer’s door.
Receive & prepare set ofCustoms Declarations documents.
Accurate and timely entry processing through Customs via VNACCS
Update clearance status in a timely manner to customers
Co-ordinate with local trucking company for pickup/delivery
Follow accounting procedures for billing & internal expenses settlement
Adherence to procedures and productivity standards and ensure smooth flow of files
Continuous self-development by attending training classes and accumulate required number of training hours

- College graduate or above,
- preferably with Customs certified or related experience, or graduated in Academy of Finance.
- Outgoing character with good communication skills and telephone manner. Be able to
communicate in English. Typing skill and computer knowledge preferred
