  • To ensure the customs compliance;
  • To support the sales/OPs team to work out the logistics solutions for clients;
  • To support insurance related counseling and claiming process;
  • To provide legal advice on licenses application and maintenance.


  • Providing customs related advice or guidance on logistics solutions (inbound/outbound) in China for clients
  • Working with relevant department/branch to ensure compliance with all customs/international trading related laws and regulations during operation
  • Legislation update on international trading, customs and FTZ etc. to management and relevant department and advise potential impact to company's business if any
  • Giving legal advice on customs related dispute/problem resolving
  • Taking part in customs related partners selection
  • Providing advice on insurance coverage, supporting insurance claiming process, preparing regular claim reports and settling related disputes
  • Providing legal support on new license obtaining and existing licenses maintenance according to business development needs

  • Bachelor degree, preferred from international trading faculty or law faculty;
  • 3-5 years of experience working on customs or international trading related matters;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluency in verbal and written English language.

  • Ability to research laws/regulations in relevant area;
  • Strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong business savvy;
