Job Description
Monitoring daily admin efficiencies and accuracy of credit notes and AODâs processed.
Ensure that company procedures and policies are adhered to.
Reporting of admin efficiencies to National Admin Manager for EXCO.
Monitor and manage the departmentâs budget.
Efficient resolution of all debtors queries within the specified time frames.
Liaison with principals regarding credit notes exceeding specified values ensuring that the correct reason codes are used.
Attend daily operational meetings and provide relevant input required by the depot manager.
Resolving of all queries
Monitor staff attendance, overtime and general performance of admin staff.
Ensure that performance appraisals are conducted.
Ensure that an Admin Representative is available for stock takes.
