Manage payment and expense control by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling
Pay service providers timely by verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Respond to all service provider inquiries and schedule payment based on vendor terms.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Process check requests
Assist with other projects as needed
Ability to interact with employees and service providers in a professional manner
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be well organized and a self-starter
Must have strong work ethics
