Profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
- You have professional experience in freight forwarding
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English, as well as a basic knowledge of MS Office.
- You are committed and motivated to work independently and on your own responsibility in a small team
- You have experience in the field of sea freight export, which you know how to use with enthusiasm and commitment in your daily dealings with customers and service providers.
- You want to develop professionally in a cooperative team
Your tasks:
- Handling of worldwide sea freight shipments
- Purchasing and optimising freight from shipping companies and service providers
- Processing and coordination of customs-related and phytosanitary procedures
- Formation of provisions and result control of own shipments
- Calculation of offers
- Support for existing and new customers
- Communication with customers, carriers and agents at home and abroad
