Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop tailored logistics solutions across assigned projects and client portfolios.
  • Act as the strategic interface between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders—building trust and driving collaboration.
  • Own the commercial performance of projects: budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare and present competitive proposals and tenders, translating capabilities into value-driven offers.
  • Source, select, and manage subcontractors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and dependable delivery.
  • Champion excellence and continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and service quality.

Your profile

  • Solid background in freight forwarding with hands-on experience in project cargo, breakbulk, and/or heavy lift operations.
  • Commercial mindset: able to convert operational insights into client value and competitive solutions.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, international teams; strong cross-cultural communication.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
